Q: Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I am not satisfied with it?

A: Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best price, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, because we do not live in a perfect world there are times when items are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. Should this happen to you please follow the directions:

 1. If a product is damaged in transit please report the damage to UPS within 2 days of receiving the package.  Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877

 2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, wrong color etc.), if returned within 15 days of receipt and received in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost only. 

Q:  What is the difference between The King James Version and The New International Version?

A:  There are no differences in the translations concerning the message of the Book.  The differences lie in the way  each translation was translated.  King James, although not a believer, did us a great favor when he had scholars translate manuscripts into the lanaguage of the people.  People were able to read God's Word in their own vernacular.  The year was 1611.  Even though we can still understand and appreciate the beauty and quality of this translation some of us are a little confused by the old English.  Many were raised with the King James Version and can read through it and understand it quite well.  However, there are many of us, young and old, who have difficulty with KJV language and give up reading scripture altogether.  This shouldn't be!  There are modern translations that are extremely accurate and readable.  The translation we have chosen that fits this need is the New International Version.  It is a translation that was translated thought by thought.  The scholars that did this translation were reputable and consistent.
